@echoedpoise: NOT EVERYTHING DESERVES THE SAME AMOUNT OF YOU. 💗 Today’s word is ENERGY, and this one came from one of YOU. Sometimes we don’t realise how much of ourselves we’re spending on things that don’t deserve that much of us. The conversation we keep replaying. The message we keep checking. The person we keep explaining ourselves to. The situation we cannot control but keep mentally trying to fix. Your tiny action today? Notice ONE thing taking more energy from you than it deserves and give it a little less of you. You don’t have to cut everybody off, disappear or suddenly become completely unbothered. Sometimes protecting your energy simply means deciding: This doesn’t get all of me today. That’s yours. Take it with you. 💗 Now leave me ONE word in the comments. Your word might be the next one I pull from the jar. #TakeWhatYouNeed #TheEchoCollective #ProtectYourEnergy #ChooseYourEnergy #YourPresenceMatters @Little Kelly Jelly 💜💪👑
