I hate homeowner comments sometimes. if you wanna rent and be fine with all maintenance repairs free, and having to worry about NOTHING but your rent and utilities (a beautiful dream) then DO THAT. if you wanna buy a home that takes forever to own and still gotta pay even after you pay off your mortgage otherwise its taken while being responsible for taking care of EVERYTHING then do you!! the options are for everyone. anyway. this video was cute, I hope you love the one you picked !

5k is a very healthy budget for Miami!! If you liked the icon bay unit- one paraiso, gran paraiso, paraiso bay, & aria reserve all have the exact same layouts! Edgewater is super chill & a short drive to other parts of Miami (Brickell, the beach, bal harbor, coral gables, etc)
