the selling point of protein powder is its a cheaper way of getting protein in your diet when buying meat becomes a better alternative thats when you stop buying powder

Used Per4m for years, always got good prices using certain retailers, out of nowhere jumped up 10-20 quid, refuse to buy it now😂

Some in the fitness industry were already saying to get rid of protein powder completely and replace with whole foods. As soon as I saw that price, I never purchased a protein powder again 👍
