I think it more likely that if she asked for royalties outside of a set time period TLC might offer different, less open-ended incentives instead (like fancy trips, bonuses or a house or something like that.) There might be a cut when new licenses are contacted with other platforms or sold to individual users, but I think it’s unlikely to be the sort of per-viewing compensation you’d offer a musical artist on streaming, however. I just can’t see them bargaining that uncertain future money away for an indefinite period when she was just reality cast and not an executive or a union actor or something, you know? Esp bc it’s TLC and they have zero scruples about just about anything.
