Not surprising. This has happened in Singapore! So what r u getting at? How to accommodate everyone's demand? As a creator, how do u solve this problem? In order to keep up the pace of development, some sentimental values have to give way! We can admire how developed Singapore is but the setback of what they have gone thru, we are going thru now. Some cemetries have been left unattended with grown grasses as some of their descendants have migrated or no more bloodline! What do u suggest then? Some descendants have even converted in other faith, they no longer want to carry out this tradition as such the line of next of kin to follow this will be distorted. Every where there will be souls but if u made it in such a manner then no need to develop Penang n dun comment or admire other countries how they have developed.

Agree to Penang's development, we have to move on to new era , talk to our ancestors to move them to beautiful columbarium such as 富贵山庄，and many other areas at several temples , cheng meng can still practiced there , believe all ancestors also are happy to move to new modern homes
