please anytime you noticed your phone is stolen, immediately use someone else's phone, dial your banks code and add 911# to it, they will ask you to confirm account number, date of birth and your pin, it will block transactions on your bank account, do same thing with your sim cards. I keep saying this. cuz not every hour is a time that banks would pick up your calls or be open to block your account

Same thing they did to me o😪 my iPhone 16 and 8 and bought airtime of 100k plus from my accesss bank while my gtbank ran out of network they were not able to do anything on it my OPay the transferred all the money to their OPay acct,I went to OPay headquarters to provide their details omo OPay refused o I’m just recovering from the pain 😪

And mind you, they didn’t call people. All they had to do was just remove the sim and insert in another phone…. It happened to me too but not maruwa case. It was at a busstop and busses weren’t forth coming ….. so the one that came everyone rushed towards it. Before I knew what was going on, my phone was gone. Thank God that I have most of my savings on pigggvest that year…. I got to a pos man that night to withdraw my money with card, he said I don’t have up to my supposed amount in there, he checked and withdrew what was left….. thought I had made a smart move, just to get to bank for blocking of the account and heard there’s a loan on my account…… me wey never borrow money for my life…… and I don’t understand how access bank gave loan to them or how it happened….. access bank security measures for ussd is so weak because purchasing airtime doesn’t require a pin and they successfully borrowed money I never attempted once and it was successful too….

Same thing happened to me last 2 weeks Sunday at Ejigbo but I was lucky to quickly get to know that the distraction was too much and turned to my bag and I saw the guys hand trying to remove my phone and he quickly adjuste himself and I removed my phone and hold it and came down from the keke
