Russia Diesel Refineries produce Diesel which is used as fuel for Russian military vehicles which support Russian military invasion of Ukraine, so when Ukraine attacks those Russian Diesel Refineries and destroy them, Russia will have shortage in Diesel and Russian military vehicles will not be able to continue their missions in war with Ukraine and this is brilliant strategy by Ukraine to defeat Russia and this is why Trump came in to save Putin by suspending sanctions against Russia, so to allow Putin to buy Diesel from other countries so Russia could continue their war against Ukraine
