Check out Apsara Theatre for a traditional Khmer dance and dinner show. Also rent a motto so you can cruise around yourself to visit all the different temples along the way. Stop at a random food stall to just hang and relax, the ones where they have hammocks. If you decide to go to the capital Phnom Penh, check out the Riverwalk, take a boat cruise, hit up Koh Norea, Bassac Lane, Langka Lane, and of course the S21 museum. If you go coastal go to Kampot and Koh Rong.
