Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread 🍌🤎 Banana Bread Batter • 3 ripe bananas (300–360 g) • 5 tablespoons melted butter (70 g) • 1 egg (50 g) • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (60 g) • 1/2 cup brown sugar (100 g) • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g) • 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 g) • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (3 g) • Dash of salt (1–2 g) • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (156 g) • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste Cinnamon Middle Layer • 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (19–20 g) • 1/3 cup brown sugar (67 g) • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (5–6 g) Cinnamon Swirl Topping • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed (50 g) • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (28 g) • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (8 g) • 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream (22.5 ml) • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 ml) Small Buttercream Frosting Ingredients: * 1 tbsp butter, softened * 1 cup powdered sugar * ½ tsp vanilla extract * 1–2 tbsp heavy whipping cream Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
