High cost of living and greed has effect on everybody. The rich will repair their buildings and act like nothing is happening, but the poor will fight and fight and fight. Also be careful who you invite into your country culture and values having an effect on everything teach children well to love their country to follow the laws, but when you have corrupt governmentsis there a playing field that is fair
