If you're gonna make a Chicken cheesesteak a few friendly tips... 1. Freeze (not completely but just enough to make it extra firm) the chicken so you can properly thinly slice/shave the meat. 2. Just onions! Cook them and add them to the cooking chicken. 3. Cooper Sharp, regular American (the original), or provolone are all acceptable. Add the cheese to the meat and onions and melt together so it's all incorporated.
