@brooklynbitess: An Italian-American Sunday dinner begins long before the family sits down. It starts with a trip to these neighborhood Brooklyn shops. ❤️ @Meats Supreme @Kings Highway Bakery @italiapizza.ny

You went all the way to kingshighway for bread when nuccio’s is right there

Vincent Iorio982 :

First of all who on earth hates Sundays. And what Italian buys jar sauce.

jb_pizzaiolo.baker :

It’s only right. Sunday morning means hitting all of our neighborhood spots.

Nenaa🙈💕 :

Can you guys adopt me and my kids for a Sunday to have a real Italian dinner experience lol

That’s one thing I miss about New York is the trips to different markets. You just don’t run into a Savemart, a Kroger, a Publix…. You go to individual places one for bread, one for dessert, a butcher etc… you get familiar with different people in the neighborhood that are known for their products, you visit with neighbors at the same shop. It’s a whole adventure. [Big LOL][Like][Red heart]

Meats Supreme :

Vito!! Glad you got your meats from us!

Interesting all this is done on the Sunday morning. Usually the sauce is started on Sunday morning and it’s ready in the afternoon, this is a new twist 👍🏼
