those come with the break pads if you where to lazy to put them in when you did the breaks you can't charge for them when they come back

I had this experience before, the right hand brake pad caliper spring pin went missing and the same "musical clanging, ting ting" noice made by the brake pads hitting the rotor was really annoying. I went to a automotive specialist dealing with suspension system and brakes. He diagnosed after doing road test the noice was created by the loosened brake pads A new calliper spring pin was installed and the noice was cleared.
