@rae_wfc: Alexia Putellas: two Ballon d'Ors, four Champions Leagues, a World Cup, and the queen of Barça. 🇪🇸👑 Her Story, Episode 2. Born in Mollet del Vallès, near Barcelona, she grew up dreaming of one club: Barça. After passing through the club's youth teams, then Espanyol and Levante, she finally signed for Barcelona in 2012. And she made the dream happen. An incredible talent was unveiled to the world. Elegance, vision, leadership. In 2021 she won the Champions League and became the first Spanish woman to win the Ballon d'Or. A year later, she won it again. Then, in July 2022, just days before the Euros, she tore her ACL during training. A huge blow. Many thought she would never return to her top level. But she came back stronger than ever. She won the World Cup with Spain in 2023, then lifted the Champions League again in 2024 and in 2026, with a 4-0 final against Lyon. In 2026, she said goodbye to Barça in style: fourteen seasons, thirty-eight titles, and the club's all-time top scorer with 232 goals. More than 91,000 fans chanted her name at the Camp Nou for her farewell. A leader on and off the pitch. More than just a player: an icon, a reference, a living legend. La Reina. Now, La Reina has a new kingdom. London. 🦁 Who should be Episode 3? 👇 #alexiaputellas #WomensFootball #fcbfemení
