That makes the inconsistency more frustrating, not less. If Tennessee can perform at that level against Alabama, why can't it produce that kind of performance consistently? And why can’t Heupel learn from his continuous sideline mistakes of play calling and time management? It’s time for Vol fans to expect more than “good”. We should be National Championship contenders every year….and we’re not. Not have we been since that late 90s. Josh took us out of the dark ages but I fear he has hit his ceiling.
