@mazen._ps: 🇵🇸❤️ @Mohammed 🍉 @Abdallah_gaza🍉 Today, I’m making one of Gaza’s traditional Palestinian dishes: Lentils with Eggplant and Pomegranate Juice! 🌿 This delicious Palestinian recipe is full of flavor, made with simple ingredients, and suitable for a plant-based diet. It’s a beautiful taste of Palestinian heritage and traditional Gazan home cooking. 🥘 Ingredients: * 2 cups brown lentils * 2 eggplants * 4 garlic cloves * 2 tsp dried dill (locust eye) * 1 pinch of black pepper * 1 tsp cumin * 1 cube of chicken stock (optional) * 1 onion, chopped * 800 ml natural pomegranate juice * 3 tbsp tahini * 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses (optional) 🌿 A taste of Gaza, a story of Palestine. 🇵🇸 Have you ever tried this traditional Palestinian dish? Let me know in the comments! ❤️ #PalestinianFood #GazaFood #PalestinianCuisine #TraditionalPalestinianFood
