Yes, what you're describing is a coward. Everyone who lives here has a duty to protect each other and no one is showing up outside their own needs. The lack of courage to meet danger or shrinks from the chance of being hurt. Then the ppl that do show up, other leave them in disgrace to protect their own. We might not like the name but what you're describing is still a coward. By design, they have trained the US to be cowardly and listing reasons why doesn't change that it needs action.
