all y'all are talking about the gym must have not bared children. first off every woman's body is different and some snap back much easier then others. with that being said most woman DONT. she can go to the gym as much as she wants and still have a mom pouch, lose skin or disconnected abs, after baring three beautiful babies why not treat herself to making her feel more beautiful and comfortable in her own skin?

I love it why not let them know. I let my little ones know and they visited me in hospital while I had gastric sleeve surgery. I know it's different way easier but still kids get emotional 😢😢 Great mother 🙋🏽♀️

My mom had gastric bypass when I was about 9 or 10 and I remember being so scared that something was going to go wrong. Thank you for explaining it to them 🫶🏻
