I like how she is saying she isn’t doing anything special because most women in America are back at work within a few weeks. However I think it was a missed opportunity to talk about how that shouldn’t be normal.

I think she handled that well. If she complains about 6 weeks, people call her spoiled. If she doesn’t, she’s not bringing awareness to maternity leave. By walking at 6 weeks postpartum, she IS bringing awareness to how insane the 6 week bounce back expectation is.
