My son was told he had this at 13 he’s now 15 and plays for 2 football teams and goes to the gym 3 times a week. I strongly believe that the gym helped him massively. He still has swelling but no pain at all during sports ☺️

my daughter has this in both knees, and is down to just the one now and we've found the knee supports help alot whilst she's playing as they press on the location. it's so frustrating when all you can do is try to manage it

it must be so difficult as a child knowing there's nothing you can do about it. until you stop growing your going to be in pain and your dream of becoming a professional athlete only becomes harder because of it.
