If people could actually take a little bit of time to get to know me, none of the shift blaming would have started. I always defend people or try to defuse any escalation of frustration and anger. So when people have nothing nice to say about me. I just feel sorry for them, because I know I am not a bad person or try to cause any harm to anyone.
