@streamdreamwild: Check out that belly button! 🥰🐊 Alligators while inside the egg, are connected to a yolk stalk and yolk sac instead of an umbilical cord, using it to absorb nutrients while growing. When the alligator hatches, the connection point closes and or drops off within just a day or two, leaving a small line on the center of the belly! These scars or aka, belly buttons will remain for their whole life! 🥰🫶🐊 I was so happy this baby decided to pop up next to my board and say hello down the river! 🥰🐊 Get up and get outside! Connect, respect, and learn something new! 🌎🌊🐊✨🥰 #floridasprings #alligator #babyalligator #underwaterwildlife #streamdreamwild
