@kaseyoliver: Nothing better than loaded potato soup on a chilly day 🌬️🥔🧀🥓 3lbs potatoes 10 slices bacon + more for serving 1 onion - diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 6 cups chicken broth 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper 2 cups cheddar cheese + more for serving 2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup cream cheese green onions for serving add diced potato’s, bacon, onion, garlic, chicken broth + seasonings to crockpot. cook on low for 8hrs. after 8 hrs, mash the potato’s. stir in sour cream and cheeses, let cook for 30 more minutes. top with extra cheddar, green onions & bacon bits! enjoyyyy☺️🥓 #loadedpotato #potatosoup #crockpotrecipes #fall #fallrecipes
