@tandras.table: 🥞 Fluffy Cinnamon Roll Pancakes 🤎🍂✨ Girl whatever, it’s cinnamon in everything season! 😂 🤎 Cinnamon Swirl * 1 cup white granulated sugar (brown sugar is recommended!) * 4–5 tbsp salted butter, softened * ⅓ cup all-purpose flour * 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon 🥞 Pancake Batter * homemade or from the box This recipe calls for about 15 pancakes 🤍 Cinnamon Glaze * 1 cup powdered sugar * Ground cinnamon, to taste * Vanilla extract, to taste * Milk, just a splash 👩🏽‍🍳 Directions 1. Prepare the cinnamon swirl: Combine the sugar, softened butter, flour, and cinnamon. Mix until a thick paste forms. Transfer to a piping bag or Ziploc bag. 2. Make the pancakes: Combine your pancake batter ingredients and mix until just combined. 3. Cook: Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Pour approximately 3/4 cup of pancake batter into the pan ( depending how big you want them) 4. Add the swirl: Pipe the cinnamon mixture in a spiral. 5. Cover and cook: Place a lid over the pan and cook until the pancake is set and cooked through. Keep the heat low so the cinnamon sugar doesn’t burn. 6. Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Slowly add milk until you reach your desired creamy consistency. 7. Serve: Stack your pancakes, drizzle with cinnamon glaze, and enjoy! 🥞🤎✨ ✨ My Tip: I used white granulated sugar because I didn’t have brown sugar. It worked, but I recommend brown sugar for a richer, gooier cinnamon swirl! Also, keep your heat low because the sugar caramelizes quickly. #CinnamonRollPancakes #fallbreakfast #breakfast #pancakes
