My sister had been telling me she thought I had it since I was 18 I did a test online a few years ago and scored 9/10 I then got diagnosed with eupd last year I’m now 25 I feel like I struggle more now with it cuz I’m recognising all my symptoms and my emotions but I am still not able to control any of them

Just to reiterate what you already said: I do not have bpd as far as I know and I still got 7/9. I have autism, adhd and treatment resistent mdd. A lot of these signs can overlap with other disorders.

what do i do if i have 8/9 of these bpd signs strong but only when off two antidepressants😭😭😭 but to be fair i DO have adhd and depression and when stressed i get psychotic. together they are giving bpd
