I laid alone on his grave and played our wedding song. talked to him and cried some more. yelled some and cried some more. we gotta do what we gotta do😔

I had urge to go where my husband ended his life before I moved out of the state I had to get away from fort hood and I had his favorite Burger King meal and sat there in just silence it was a little healing almost even though I also have his ashes at home.

It helps me. My husband ended his life in our spare bedroom. Oddly enough when I go in that room I feel calm and peaceful. It feels like I’ve stepped into another universe but I know that was the last place he was on earth before making his choice
