Probably the 2nd or 3rd day that I started selling, I got a message from some bot through Vinted saying my item has been sold with a link for me to click on to verify my bank account. Be vigilant!!!

The moment that I put my card info into Vinted, I got hacked. My bank luckily stopped someone in Arizona from charging over $300 at a Sam’s Club.

I got 3 emails my first 2 hours selling on Vinted. If it doesn't show you the sell in the app...it's a scam!! I also had 1 message me in the app that they needed my info. to directly send me money.

I almost fell for it when I started. I put in my card number and apparently it needed and extra step to verify. That’s when I caught on that it was a scam. I quickly went to my bank app and froze my account and ended up getting a new card just in case. 😢

This happened to me and I put my card info in with only .32 cents and they said I had to have an account with more than $400 😭😭 lmfao pays to be broke sometimes I canceled my card afterwards anyways

Already happened to me. I listed tonite for first time and 5 minutes later it said item had sold and that support needed me to verify my information to continue with sale. They ask you the question how much exactly as a total is in your account your using with linked card. That's when it clicked and I stopped and backed out. I have pulled everything and am going back to eBay.Also had to cancel my linked card thru bank and request a new one. Good luck if you sell on this platform not worth the headache dealing with this. eBay has slowed down but I have never had anything like this happen.

My question is, if my back call me right after they freaking scammed me and my bank said if I authorized the transaction I said no it was not me and they locked my debit card and my account does that mean the scammers don’t got the money? I filed a complaint right away but my money it’s not in my account 😭😭😭
