@lailaspantry: EP 4: Nani’s Table- Shaami Kebabs! i’m super excited for today’s recipe because it’s not only my favorite recipe, but I also got Nani to film a video with me! She is such a good teacher, and I loved filming this video with her. I’m actually going back to Rhode Island this week, so we might film some more recipes if you guys have any specific requests. Shaami kebabs are a very special Pakistani dish that I grew up eating. It’s very different from a regular kebab because the meat is simmered and cooked to be very tender, and then you blend it up. This results in a very soft and moist patty, with a stretchy texture that is so addictive!!
