Geez!!! Acyclovir cream or the pills. I’d just live with the sore if I had to do this to myself. I do get small ones once a year. I know some people get really big ones and all up the nose, etc., but never do this. 😳

Also got them as a baby. They pop up due to stress mostly for me. That one she has is tiny. I used to get ones that would spread across half my lip even if I was super careful. Antivirals are the way to go.
