@childocdtherapist: For some people with OCD, having a family member get sick can feel almost life-threatening. When OCD centers on germs or illness, knowing the illness is in the home can become all-consuming. And the hardest part is that the struggle can continue long after the person gets better. OCD can have a memory like an elephant. Learning how to create a therapeutic home environment to help your child navigate OCD is key. In my upcoming free parenting series, I’ll walk you through how to do just that. 🧡 Register for free at www.atparentingsurvivalseries.com The series starts Nov. 5. #ocd #contaminationocd #ocdproblems #childocd #ocdawareness

This is me right now. My husband has a cold and my son and I got the flu vaccine today. So did my husband. He has no fear. But I’m worried he will get more sick or give it to us. I’m so tired of the Clorox wipes. I’m drained
