Me and my sister prank called our autistic brother and convinced him that the Russians were coming for him and to launch potatoes at the front door the second someone comes inside. Our mom called us a couple hours later screaming at us because she got taken down by a whole bag of potatoes when she went home 😭

My ex bf complained to me about his water bill skyrocketing a bunch of times. Me my sister and cousin called pretending to be the company. My cousin did the talking and she went through a series of questions about usage. Then it turned into “sir it’s not due to the amount of your flushes, it’s do to the weight of your flushes” and he was flipping out

I would call the local grocery stores and ask if they had dr pib in a bottle. They would put me on hold and when they came back on the line and say yes I would say “well let him out” 😂

me and my friend called a girl and told her we were calling from Baskin Robbins and if she can name 50 ice cream flavors she would win free ice cream. She got really excited and did it. We felt bad and dropped off a couple gallons of ice cream on her porch.

Me and my husband recently prank called his uncle a couple times who’s going through a nasty divorce, and we would just play YouTube videos of fart sounds. The next time my husband talked to his grandma, she told him that the uncle’s divorce was getting really nasty and when he asked why she said “well his ex wife keeps calling him from a restricted number and farting in the phone and hanging up” we never told them it was us…😂😂

My childhood friend and I would prank call all the time. Later her father got arrested on federal drug trafficking charges for trafficking drugs across the Mexican border. I always wonder if her phone lines were tapped and the FBI was listening to us prank calling 😂😂😂

not a prank call but as a small child I used to lie on the side of the road and pretend to be deceased, it was a good time, until I got caught😂

When I was 18, drunk as hell…..called the Marlboro hotline to complain the gas station was out of Marlboro reds and only had lights. They were so light I couldn’t taste them and kept falling out of my hand. About a week later had a mailbox full of coupons. Now I’m 17 years, 7 months, and 1 day sober and 2 years, 10 months, 12 days cigarette free.

We used sound boards of dr Phil to prank call my mom and she called me and my sister mother effers because she was so upset. We recorded it all. It’s my most prized possession.

Not so much a prank call, but a scammer called me and said that I won 1 mil and a car and I kept asking questions and I offered to give it to him and he said no, no, no this is for you and then he hung up on me and I called him back and said he won 1 mil and a car and he hung up and blocked me, I called him off of a different number and said he won 1 mil and a car and he said “LADY WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME” I loved it

I had three of my uncles convinced for YEARS they were prank calling each other. Started as a classic “my names is helga and I am Russian brides. I’ll do many things for you, I wash your feet, make you dinner.. etc..” in the WORST Russian accent. Every birthday, thanksgiving,Christmas was spent with the the three of them trying to get the other to admit it was them.

I called a Jesus hotline once. I used some clearly stereotypical southern accent and told them my dad is a pastor and that I was having homosexual feelings. I spent thirty minutes on the phone with that guy, just to break character and say "You know, nevermind, I think I'll just kiss the girls" and hung up

We used to call people and asked if they had cotton balls, if they said yes we’d ask if they tickled when they walked 🤣

Not necessarily a prank call, but my best friend (who’s still my best friend to this day) and I used to date brothers. They could always go out and party, but we had strict parents and were never allowed to go. So, naturally, we’d call the cops and make multiple noise complaints until the party got shut down. 😂😩

In college, we called like 10 different boys in the boys dorm on a Sunday evening, and I pretended to be a girl they met at the club the night before and said I would meet them in the lobby. Then my group of friends and I went to the lobby and I called each of them from the lobby and then we sat in the lobby as a group and just watch them come down and look for this girl that didn’t exist. It was the best night of our lives 😂😂

So a telemarketer called my moms home phone. I answered and they asked for her. I started screaming and crying telling them she died. They apologized. A week later my mom received a condolence letter in the mail. I was grounded but we didn’t get telemarketers calling anymore 😂
