It was a transfer from Cora to the first responder I think officer Brian said he was kneeling in a wet spot and had to move because it was going through his pants. But they did check Patrick or Lindsey. And they didn’t test the first responders pants. Who knows if he picked something else up from the transfer.

I am Irish and I find it wild that the DA has their own police team. In Ireland police and prosecution are kept seperate for this exact reason. The DPP do work closely with the gardai anx advise on the particulars of the investigation but both are completely seperate focused on their own work. The gardai botched the investigation of Sophie De Plauntier and the Cahirsiveen baby but the DPP followed the law and refused to prosecute as their was insuffient evidence.

The reality of a scene where lifesaving measures are being taken is that you lose a lot of the clean evidence. You had people who treated Cora then go help treat Lindsay and vice versa. It makes a lot of the evidence somewhat irrelevant.

They presumptively did test if the blood was human. Unless you can point out that they specifically did not. What’s the evidence they didn’t???

the reason they didn't test the blood on Lindsay is because she was bleeding profusely... any trace amounts of Cora's blood that might've been mixed in would be indistinguishable from Lindsay's... especially since Lindsay and Cora share roughly 50% of their DNA...

They asked Patrick who did it and when then based his alibi off of that! Even though what little physical evidence was documented shows that it does not fit that timeline.

At least 2 of those crimes were done before 5;15pm, and that was lindsay and Dawson. Callan was done when Patrick got back home, which is why he was brought back.

The fact everything wasn’t tested was a half crappy job because they just wanted to quickly get it done cops jobs on a murder scene is way more difficult than that and still they didn’t detain Patrick he was on a murder scene people and cops gonna act like he didn’t have no play in it they just went straight for her instead of not hearing her side and they couldn’t question him more why on earth would they let a man walk even if he came out of the house Lindsay was on the ground it would look more like he did it
