@your_ap_bestie: We teach kids to include others, be kind, and stand up to bullying. But what happens when the exclusion, cliques, gossip, and mean girl behavior come from the adults? Education isn’t high school. And nobody should have to feel like an outsider just to do their job. Let’s have an honest conversation. 👀 Have you experienced mean girl culture in education? #TeacherTok #SchoolCulture #EducationLeadership #TeacherLife #YourAPBestie
Is it really still happening? What ages. So far we’ve avoided it to 5th grade. I feel like our kiddos are really good at lifting each other up. Tell me everything cause I wanna help!

Teachers (and administrators) care for nothing and nobody but themselves and their own ego. Ive watched (and experienced over 20 years) their willingness to be dishonest, to disrespect, to denigrate everyone that isn’t themselves! They particularly love to treat their non-teacher/administrator coworkers (paras, cns, clerical, custodial, etc) like sub-human garbage. Of course there is no accountability for teachers or administrators. Its gotten to the point where I will NEVER trust someone introducing themselves as a teacher or administrator and Ive instructed my kids this way so as to protect them.
