@foxnews: Chick-fil-A isn't budging on its Sunday closures, no matter how much money the company could be missing out on. CEO Andrew Cathy says the policy, rooted in the founding family's Christian faith, remains a priority because it guarantees workers a day for rest and worship. He even admits he's never calculated the potential lost revenue because opening on Sundays simply isn't something the company is considering.

It is not always about profits…it’s about GOD and the people. Amen.

I’d argue there’s probably data that suggests they see an increase in sales on Mondays and Saturdays bc of it

Lucky employees to have Sunday off

Japperdog :

I know lots of businesses that are not open on Sunday. Why does this have to be a big issue?

Big G :

Every time I roll past a chic-fil-a the drive thru line is filled to the max. They probably don’t even NEED to be open on Sunday

Business success is important, but caring for the people behind that success matters even more. ❤️I respect a company that stands by its values and prioritizes its employees’ well-being. True leadership is about building a business that serves people, strengthens communities, and creates opportunities for everyone. Sometimes, the greatest profit is the positive impact we leave on people’s lives. 🙏🌍

VVC :

user51201860854 :

If they ever decided to open on Sundays they could possibly donate the money they made after a certain time each day. That way they would still make a profit to cover food cost etc… But still be doing the Lords work by making donations once a week to charities that would greatly appreciate their commitment to still Being in the business of glorifying God on Sundays! ✌️🫶🥰😎🇺🇸

EmHonest :

They used to be open on Sunday. I thought I went crazy since no one else remembered. It was in the news around 2015 or sooner about how they were closing on Sundays because the old CEO hated gays or something along those lines. It’s in the Ruby Franke documentary. Ruby talked about it briefly from one of her vlogs.
