@mcleanave: I dislocated my elbow being a dumb arse at a music festival (Splore - last one, but the first one to get majorly injured there lol). Not being a dumb ass while working out. Genuinely I'm super safe cause I'm always alone. But because I think I don't grow. Since I gotta be extra safe. I had to learnt to ask for help. Talking to peope, being social and myself around new people is easy. But I'd never ask anyone, not even my friends for help. But I am learning it's not a big deal to ask for help. Sometimes people will say no, but it's not cause they don't want too, but they can't. Ask again, ask someone else. It's okay to fail, try again. Don't isolate yourself because of 9/10 terrible experience. Trust I've been there, 10/10 terrible experiences too. But yk what follows that, 11/10 great ones.
