Girl try looking up behavioral health as your back up their typically open 24 hours! In ABA they typically tell you that you can get 40 hour but you only end up doing 28-30 a week due to cancellations. Always ask if the offer admin time for canceled sessions. Get the benefits from the BT gig, supplement those missing hours, and see if they offer benefits!

I was an rbt I couldn’t do it for more than a few months. Now I’m a special education co-teacher the pay is a little better and I get all holidays off
