Mine was more when I was at the carousel getting my bags, he was going to get it for me but I said it's ok, i honestly can't rember what it looks like as it's new, we can stand back and wait for other people. He got so angry because I said we should stand back and wait cause other people are getting there bags and know what there looking for.
