this is in NO way a criticism, I love her videos. I am just in awe because my husband could eat more than one whole chicken breast himself for dinner. I am trying to figure out how I would ever possibly feed 4 people with one breast.

im pretty proud of myself I made crunchwraps and rice for supper because I only had about 3/4 pound of ground beef and I added a portion of rice to the meat to stretch it. and it was plenty for 6 people

I know you’re struggling with content but I am down bad today with a head cold and my husband was also down for the count and dinner time came and I just didn’t want to move and then one of your videos came up and I said “Nicole would want me to lock in. It doesn’t have to be spectacular, it just has to be edible.” And I successfully made dinner so thank you for motivating me!

does anyone know a good dairy free substitute for cream? I've been using coconut milk (in a can) with parmasean (fine with most dairy but cream) but its a bit "thin" just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. BTW Nicole love ur content and thabks for all your great suggestions!
