I love that she shared she has a crown, thank you! It’s comforting to hear. I have a molar headed that way and im terrified and regretful I let it get to this point. But it has been a wake up call for me and I started taking my oral care very seriously.

As an rdh I’ll admit I’m so lazy and NOT a morning person. My am routine is brush with a manual for MAYBE 30 seconds with whatever I grab first 🫠 then make up for it in the evening

omg as an rdh i just brush with my manual toothbrush in the morning loll and then at night manual toothbrush + gum brand floss 😭 but i say it’s proof that it takes little effort to have healthy gums and teeth
