make sure to cut against the grain. maybe even at an angle. it makes a difference if you have a grill, it's much better. let it rest before slicing. try making some pico or adding some guacamole or salsa. maybe omit the cabbage or let it cure in some fresh lime juice and salt. personally, I prefer corn tortillas, but everyone has different preferences 😁
