Oh girl, I remember being thirsty and my parents buying their alcohol, but couldnt but me anything to drink. When I would cry, they would hand me a beer. I also remember growing up with roaches, mouse turds and piss. so much happened. I've been abused beyond that too, but we hold the power. We couldnt control our childhoods, but we can control our adulthood! You can overcome this!

I feel for u because I had quite a wild childhood myself but I have finally found sobriety for nearly 6 yrs and it doesn’t change the past but it does get better when u find your peace I pray you can find it also because u are worth it. [Heartwarming]
