@.sergiogil: this character consistency is INSANE i used to call it 'visual consistency', but now it also locks the voices ⬅️ before: the boy turns into a different guy at scene 5 ➡️ new update: same Jordan from the character sheet, scene after scene and this is Medium quality ($0.06/s) in Calliope, not Seedance or any $25/min model how to achieve this consistency: 1- generate or create a script/storyboard 2- generate a *character reference sheet* from it 3- select No Voiceover in Calliopelabs (it'll use native dialogs as narration) 4- the system remembers faces and voices (also in scene regenerations, you don't need to shoot the whole video each time) what's new in the *new* update: every clip is now animated looking at your character sheet, not just at its frames also when the camera finds a new angle, it still knows who it's looking at, and other strong coherency measurements 1- write your story with who says what 2- let Calliope build the character sheet (or upload yours) 3- pick Medium and generate reference sheets are still INSANELY underrated
