I’d also argue that each state is nearly like its own country and the behaviors and motivations therein vary wildly. It’s rare these days to see complete cooperation and “same page-ness”

If 2020 was “full scale” that’s embarrassing

Side bar, but surely that video you posted is not just coincidently the one with most reach recently. 80k+ views on a video which can be miscontextualized into a “revolution is not possible in America” video. But near every vid I see commenting on the current protests globally seem to be getting suppressed

My brother in leftism, we are NOT doing anything like the French (or any of the other places). Who you trying to make feel better?

"as effective as the french" and what precisely was just achieved by the french?
No demands were made and no negotiations took place, and now its over, and images of mass looting of small businesses, assaults on shopkeepers, and burning historic buildings are flooding the media.
What a good look.
Le Pen was already leading in the polls and these riots are almost certain to boost her numbers.
The core student protest movement initially was valid, but the destructive large scale rioting and looting was almost certainly stoked by Russian agitator networks, as part of their campaign to get more far right governments elected across europe that are more friendly to putin.
The witless, credulous, and chronically online ""left"" gets another fell-for-it-again award.
