And this is why I have 2 phones and never understood the people I work with who use their work phone as their personal phone. The company gps tracks it 24/7 first off. But second the company has access to ALL texts, searches, emails etc. I dont want that mess.

We had a Senior VP who would check folks computers after everyone had gone home bc we didn't have a dedicated IT guy. After we got the IT guy, he set up software to run key word scans, and over the years I saw multiple people disciplined and/ or fired due to what they were saying/ doing on their work devices 🤷🏼♀️As a GenXer I already knew better so I've never had issues 😂
