🍤🔥 PEACHEZ FOOD REVIEWS: THE BOOM BOOM SHRIMP SHOWDOWN! 🔥🍤 Y'all asked, and I DELIVERED! 😂👏🏼 So many of you have been telling me to try the Boom Boom Shrimp from The Black Whale, and since I'm a boom boom shrimp fanatic, you KNOW I had to see what the hype was about! 💸 Was it expensive AF? ABSOLUTELY. But we made it work! 😂 I was originally going to try their clam chowder too, but EXCUSE ME?! $12 for a teeny tiny cup of chowder?! Or $14.50 for a slightly bigger bowl?! For what, FIVE BITES?! 😭🤣 Absolutely NOT! So I did what any financially responsible foodie would do. I FINAGLED THE BAGEL! 💅🏼🤣 🍤 Boom Boom Shrimp from The Black Whale 🥣 A GINORMOUS cup of clam chowder from Market Basket for $3.99! 🥤 And because I was craving a crispy Pepsi, I stopped at Taco Bell for a tiny little kid-sized soda... WHY WAS IT THREE FREAKING DOLLARS?! FOR A SIP OF PEPSI?! 😭 ⭐ The Shrimp 9/10! ⭐️ MB Chowder 8/10! and really affordable! ⭐️ The fancy arugula salad or whatever YUCK 🤢 but the dressing was delicious ⭐️ Fancy crackers and spread was a 9/10! I loved it but I have no idea what it was!😂 ⭐️ Tiny Crispy Pepsi from Taco Bell was a 8/10 pretty crispy for fountain soda! The shrimp were absolutely DELICIOUS! The sauce tastes JUST like Cisco's, and I LOVE that sauce! 🤤 BUTTTT... why weren't my shrimps fully coated?! The bottoms were getting soggy, but somehow they weren't SAUCY?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! 😂 Toss those babies around and COAT THEM GOOD! And I do wish the shrimp were a little bigger. I LOVE me some jumbo, meaty shrimp! Honestly, if I could take the boom boom sauce from Cisco's or The Black Whale and put it on those COLOSSAL shrimp from Cask & Pig, we'd have the PERFECT boom boom shrimp! 🤌🏼🔥 I make my own boom boom shrimp at home too, but I NEED to figure out how to make that restaurant-style sauce because the store-bought stuff just ain't cutting it! FINAL VERDICT: Delicious? YES! Worth trying? ABSOLUTELY! Expensive?
