@actualmontaigne: feeling a little nostalgic for 2013 and how it felt like a minor miracle every time i discovered a new artist whose work i came to love on platforms like tumblr or on the way less optimised youtube algorithm or by going into sanity (!!!) and seeing what the cheap CDs were. that’s literally how i discovered darwin deez’s self-titled album. i obviously discover all kinds of music i like on tiktok now, like victor jones and james the seventh, so it’s like swings and roundabouts ya know. anyway i’m gonna go back to crawling into a little sick ball now
