Need a Parmesan rind. Also Lee the broth and pasta separate. In the pasta mix the butter, yolk and Parmesan (not in the broth) then ladle the broth over it. You do this so you can freeze the broth. The pasta if left in the broth will soak up all the liquid so always keep them separate. At least that’s how I have had it since I was little
