You don’t have to attend a physical church to have a relationship with God. God says. “ where 2 or more are gathered, I will be there.” The church is just a building. It’s people who make up a church. Keep doing you!

I can’t imagine! Our church has several Down syndrome and autistic children. We are building a sensory room for those like lane, and parents. It’s a quiet place for them and yet parents can still see and hear the sermon.

I don’t go to church anymore either, for my own reasons. I don’t believe it’s required. He knows our hearts, how we live our lives, how we treat others etc….just because you go to church it doesn’t guarantee you a ticket to heaven. Some of the worst people I’ve met went to church but I also met a few good ones too 🥰

you do not have to explain yourself! I believe in the good Lord above and I also do not go to church. My husband was a police officer and was very catholic and had several bad situations with Catholic priests. We decided to get to speak to good Lord ourselves without joining any specific church.

I quit going to church because of people at the church. One church we were going to, the piano lady walked up to me asking how much further I had until I had a baby. I said I’m not pregnant I’m fat. She then tries retracting saying no no you’re not, then says are you sure it’s not a tumor. I couldn’t get past that and quit going. Then we were going to another church and didn’t go for a while because we were busy. One lady from the church seen me in a store and said just ignore whatever has been said. Hmm, what’s been said?? If I’m being talked about behind my back then I don’t need to be there. However, I homeschool my kids and I use a Bible based curriculum and we learn about god everyday we do school so we will stick with that.
