I’m 63. Microwaving potatoes changed our lives. We no longer put them in the oven. I do now but didn’t for decades. We nuked the crap out of it. 😂

I microwave, the coat them in oil and sea salt, finish them in the air fryer. Soooo goood.

My dad use to do this for dinner except he would put them in a plastic baggie and cook them all the way in the microwave 😱 how none of us have gotten cancer from that I’ll never know 😂

I do one rotation of whatever the 1 potato setting in the microwave (cooks it half way ish), then add olive oil and salt and throw in the air fryer on 400 for 4 to 5 minutes
