and nowwwww i still WFH for a corp company and guess what?! even tho we are all meeting production and everyone gets great monthly numbers, theyve decided they want to track us... clicks on mouse and keyboard and if there is a gap between 2 and 10min multiple times, we get reported...

Is fully remote worth a significant salary reduction? Currently three days in, an hour each way plus expensive city parking. The salary is way less though. Mom of two kids…. Trying to decide

thankfully there are still a lot of remote jobs though. I just got one and two of my previous coworkers did also in the past month. it's possible. not saying it's easy but it's totally possible.

Our entire economy runs off the commute and the exhaustion of it. Restaurants, gas stations, they all collapsed when we went to wfh. So we artificially prop it up

My current job just reduced us to minimum wage and says it's better along with the "bonus closures" while still expecting us to be in the office. I am frantically looking for work.

Yes! Corporations could save so much $$ not paying for office rent - and we all know they will pinch every penny possible - but somehow that’s not priority #1 anymore when we as workers find a livable work-life balance
